Haley received her bachelor’s in science from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, TN. After that, she attended the University of Oklahoma where she received her Law Degree. Haley has experience in timeshare exit, bankruptcy, business law, debt defense, estate planning, employment matters, and loan modifications. Haley has represented thousands of clients during financially difficult situations. She has managed bankruptcy cases in all stages of the bankruptcy process in both Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 cases. Haley has enjoyed practicing in the realm of bankruptcy and debt defense because she found it to be a field where she can make a big difference for the better in her clients' lives. She is licensed to practice law in the state of Oklahoma, Texas, and Washington D.C. She is admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Western District of Oklahoma, Northern District of Oklahoma, and the Eastern District of Oklahoma.
